Request types
The employer defines the list of request types. New types can be added at any time, each with its own approval path and required fields.
Typical types:
| Type | Description |

| Employment note or income certificate | For a selected period. The most frequent request. |
| Certificates required by institutions | For authorities, banks, insurers and other third parties. |
| Declarations under Art. 22v and Art. 22g | Annual tax preferences (Bulgarian Income Taxes on Natural Persons Act), including for children under 18, collected in one paperless campaign. |
| Production characteristic | Certificate of the working conditions at the workplace. |
| Business trip request | Submitted and approved electronically before the trip. |
| Change of personal data | Name, qualification or identity document, with a supporting document. |
| Change of bank account | The new account details are included, so payroll needs no second entry. |
| Free-text request with attachment | For anything not on the list. |
