In the system, an engagement means a contract, offer, audit, internal audit, subscription, etc.

Engagement list

The system supports different versions of an engagement, and each version has a date until which it is valid. Contract amendments can be treated as versions of the engagement.

• The list always shows the current version. Show all versions with the button.
• always opens a dialog with the current version – see Engagement details.
• opens the engagement file with information about its progress.

Add a new engagement

You can add a new engagement:

• from the general engagement list;
• from the engagement list in the client file;
• from the client context menu → New engagement.
