Process details
The screen opens automatically after you create a process, and later with the process's button. Use it for all subsequent edits and reconfiguration.
General
In the General section you define the modules in which the process is visible, so that it can be started from there.

| Checkbox | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Clients | The process is started from a client: right-click the client name → New process. |
| Engagements | The process is started from an engagement: right-click the engagement name → New process. |
| Orders | Used in the Orders module. |
You can also make these settings later.
Tasks
-
Click Tasks and then New task. The New task button is shown only when you enter the first task of the process.

-
Enter the task data in the “Process task” dialog.
At first you can enter tasks with just a name and a description, and make the other settings later.
Group tasks
The Group task checkbox means that the task is the heading of a group of tasks. No other settings are made for it – click Save and enter the tasks in the group.
Add subtasks with next to the name of the group task.
When the process starts, the system does not create the group task itself, only the tasks in the group.
Files
You can attach files to the tasks in the process – contract templates and any other files related to the process. You attach them from the task's Files section, which works the same way throughout the system – see Attachments.

Attached templates can be parameterized so that they are filled in with data automatically.
Custom actions
Custom actions add specific functionality to the task.

For example, the auditors' working paper tasks have the custom action ADAuditWorkingPaper with the caption “Findings/errors/review”. Tasks with this setting get an additional section for recording findings on procedures and errors in the financial statements. See “Working paper” action.
