Main menu

Show and hide the main menu with the button.
When you open the system on a mobile phone, the main menu is shown full screen after sign-in by default.
The main menu gives access to all system modules the user is allowed to see. The modules are grouped into the following categories.
Personal
Access to the user's own data in the system modules:
- My tasks – tasks assigned to the employee or in which they are an assistant.
- My calendar.
- Timesheets – see Timesheets.
- Absences – request leave or upload a sick note.
- Registers – the registers whose entries the employee can access. See Registers.
Operations management
Access to the Tasks, Events and Timesheets modules. Unlike the Personal section, the data here depends on access permissions – all records, records for a specific office, etc.
CRM
Access to the clients master data.
Human resources
Depending on the user's roles:
- master data of the organization's employees;
- list of absences – pending approval, approved, requests;
- Form 76 (Bulgarian working-time record);
- leave calendar, absence schedule.
Reports
Reports are divided into groups:
- Pivot tables – pivot tables with data from a selected module.
- Tasks by engagement – engagement tasks grouped by tag. Suitable for a screen that tracks the progress of audit engagements.
Administration
Some administrator tools:
- Mail queue – emails waiting to be sent. The system sends emails at intervals, every 1 minute by default.
- Sent mail – a list of sent emails.
- Users – the users of the system. There are two kinds: employees of the organization and client employees. Access is granted from Human resources → Employees and CRM → Clients respectively.
- Scheduled jobs – system jobs that start automatically, for example sending emails, reminders about tasks that are due, etc.
