Process groups

Processes of a common nature can be organized into groups – the screen above has two groups: “СККОУ” (quality control system) and “Одит на ГФО” (AFS audit).

To create a new group, click next to the text and enter its name.

Next to the name of each group there are three buttons:

• – create a subgroup;
• – edit the name;
• – delete the group.

Deleting a group cannot be undone.

New process

The “Административни процеси” (Administrative processes) group is used as an example.

1. Click to the right of the group. The “Process” dialog opens.
2. For initial setup, entering just the name is enough. You can enter the other data later with in front of the process name.
3. Click Save. The Process details screen opens, where you set up the visibility, tasks and files of the process.
