Job positions

Job positions are important master data: some modules require users to hold an active job position in order to access them or to receive notifications. That is why at least one job position must be entered, which you then select in the employee profile.

The fields for entering a job position are described in “Job position” dialog.

Organizations with many job positions can import them from a spreadsheet.
